Important Announcement from Active Commerce

All of us at Active Commerce want to thank you for your business.  We acknowledge that you've put trust in us and Active Commerce and we are committed to supporting you to ensure that you maximize the value of your investment in our product.

However, because of changes to Sitecore's commerce strategy and technology partner program, we have decided to halt new feature development for our Active Commerce platform.

We will continue to keep the product current with Sitecore upgrades but as of February 10, 2017,  will be shifting our sales and service model for new Sitecore customers to better align with the current market opportunities.  

Active Commerce will continue to operate and provide support to existing customers but are making changes to new licensing and pricing which are outlined below.

Product
We will continue to support new Sitecore versions however, new feature development will cease.

Maintenance
We will continue to provide the same great maintenance and support to our certified developer partners and clients via help.activecommerce.com.

Premium Support
We will continue to provide premium support packages for a fee.

Sales
All sales inquires for new licenses will be self service and managed through info@activecommerce.com.
